Hostile Environment First Aid Training Worldwide
Our courses are designed for those travelling to and working in complex, remote or challenging locations, as well as high crime areas and areas where there is a high threat of terrorism. Our courses are typically 3 to 4 days, although we can design bespoke or tailored courses as required.
Also known as HEFAT (Hostile Environment First Aid Training), HET (Hostile Environment Training) or HEAT (Hostile Environment Awareness Training), our courses are a mixture of theory, discussion, case studies and scenario training with role players providing realistic simulations.
We can run courses for your staff in groups of up to 16 participants either in your country of operation at your offices or another convenient location nearby. If you would prefer to group your staff from multiple locations for training in another location you have pre-arranged, we can meet you in that location. We can work through interpreters and can also translate all our training materials into most languages. Our trainers are used to working with those from all backgrounds and abilities and are acutely aware and sympathetic to the fact that everybody has different abilities.
First Aid Training
First aid provision in the workplace, wherever in the world that may be, saves lives. It can prevent minor problems or injuries from becoming major ones. It can help employers reduce costs from injury. It is an obligation for every employer around the world to ensure their employees receive the right first aid care. RPS Partnership delivers tailored first aid and medical training, with each course adapted to the work that you do. Training can be tailored to your organisation and the duration can fit your time schedule. We offer a wide range of emergency medical, first aid and trauma training courses which cater for the environment and culture that you may find yourself in. All training is hands-on and practical, and can be country specific.
RPS Partnership can take you back to basics, as not everyone can remember what they have been taught or we can start at the advanced level where we refresh memories and ensure that you have the basic and advanced skills to keep someone alive. We have the ability to teach you how to improvise and save someone when no ambulance is coming, how you stop severe bleeding, and, how you treat someone who has been burnt in an explosion or been shot.
Our First Aid training is suitable for the UK or those working overseas. Qualifications: We can include the award of the Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certificate, accredited in the UK, which is valid for 3 years and we also provide a certificate of attendance on all our courses.
Courses are tailored to your organisation’s needs and the duration can fit local working schedules. Training is hands-on, practical and always includes simulation and scenario training. Our experienced trainers have seen many types of emergencies and can pass on their experience to you.
